SMATO Marks 2 Years in Office with ICT Commissioning, Distribution of Sprayers and Fertilizers

..Reels Out Over Achievements In Other Areas

As the renowned American scholar Warren Bennis once said, “Success is not in the accolades one receives, but in the lives they’ve touched, the promises they’ve kept, and the difference they’ve made.” This philosophy resonates with Rep. Makanjuola Smato, the federal lawmaker representing Ogooluwa/Surulere Federal Constituency, who has justified his mandate with tangible results in his first two years in office.

Despite initial doubts and uncertainty, Rep. Smato has silenced his critics and carved out a legacy of effectiveness, responsiveness, and bold representation. His achievements span multiple sectors, including the commissioning of an ICT centre and distribution of sprayers and fertilizers. These initiatives are part of a broader list of 50 achievements that showcase his commitment to his constituents.

Hon. Smato’s approach has been people-centred, intentional, inclusive, and sustainable, prioritizing the welfare of his constituents. He has sponsored impactful bills, moved motions of public importance, facilitated developmental projects, and empowered both young and old within the constituency. His record is visible in the lives he has touched, the projects he has facilitated, and the voice he has given to Ogoluwa/Surulere Federal Constituency.

As Rep. Smato commemorates his two-year anniversary in office, and he continues to demonstrate his commitment to his constituents.
