He said: “I want to congratulate my Muslim brothers and sisters in Oyo State and across the world on witnessing the Eid-el-Kabir 2025.

“Eid-el-Kabir is a glorious festival that showcases Muslims’ devotion to God through prayers and sacrifice. I appreciate the Muslim community in Ogooluwa/Surulere Federal Constituency for their unwavering support and prayers for the betterment of our constituency.

“Let us allow love to lead the way, live sacrificial lives, and imbibe the spirit of forgiveness as taught and practised by the Prophet of Allah. We should tolerate one another and stop fanning the embers of hate, violence, and division.

“We should also practice our religion with respect for one another’s beliefs and stand as one to move this country forward. It is my prayer that Allah accepts the sacrifices as an act of Iba’dah.”
