Ona Ara LG Chairman, Dr. Temitope GLORIOUS, Celebrates Oyo First Lady, Engr. Tamunominini Makinde on Her Birthday

The Executive Chairman of Ona Ara Local Government, Dr. Temitope Kolapo GLORIOUS, has commended the First Lady of Oyo State, Engr. Tamunominini Olufunke Makinde, for her unwavering support and proactive involvement in the promotion of good governance across the state.

In a statement signed by the Chairman’s Press Secretary, Mr. Rahmon Alawode, Dr. GLORIOUS described the First Lady as “a pillar of strength and a remarkable partner in progress”, noting that her visible commitment and behind-the-scenes efforts have significantly contributed to the success of the current administration.

He further acknowledged that the good governance being experienced by the people of Oyo State under Governor Seyi Makinde is being complemented by the strategic and impactful support of the First Lady.

“Engr. Tamunominini Makinde has shown that leadership is not only about occupying the front seat, but also about standing firmly by the leader and working tirelessly for the people. Her dedication and advocacy efforts, especially in women and youth development, have not gone unnoticed,” the statement reads.

Dr. Temitope GLORIOUS also reiterated his admiration for Governor Seyi Makinde, whom he proudly refers to as his political role model, emphasizing that the governor’s leadership style continues to inspire and shape his own approach to governance in Ona Ara Local Government.
