Eid El-Kabir: Hon. Olayiwola Felicitates Oyo Deputy Governor, Commissioners, KPU, PDP Leaders, and Irepo Citizens

As Muslims around the world celebrate the 1445/2025 Eid El-Kabir festival, the Executive Chairman of Irepo Local Government, Hon. Tunde Taoheed Olayiwola, has extended heartfelt greetings to notable leaders and the good people of the local government area, urging continued prayers and support for the present administration.

In his Sallah message, Hon. Olayiwola congratulated the Deputy Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency Barr. Bayo Lawal; the Honourable Commissioner for Establishments and Trainings, Prof. Abdulwaheed Soliu Adelabu; and His Royal Highness, Oba Engr. Dr. Moshood Oyekola Aweda Lawal (JP), Arowoduye II, the Iba of Kishi. He also extended warm wishes to the leadership and members of the Kishi Progressive Union (KPU) under Pharm. Bioku Rahman Jimoh, and to all Irepo PDP members under the leadership of the party chairman, Hon. Ismail Hassan Odejide.

Hon. Olayiwola appreciated their steadfast contributions to the peace and progress of Irepo and beyond, while calling for collective commitment to sustaining the present administration’s developmental strides. “I urge everyone to keep praying for this present government to succeed. Our door is open at all times to serve and to listen,” he said.

The Chairman described Eid El-Kabir as a period of reflection, sacrifice, and submission to Allah’s will, encouraging all Muslims to share love, support the less privileged, and embrace peaceful coexistence as they celebrate.

He concluded with fervent prayers for continued peace, prosperity, and divine blessings across Irepo, Oyo State, and Nigeria, wishing all Muslim faithful a joyous and spiritually fulfilling Eid El-Kabir celebration.
