‘A Wonderful Gift to Humanity’, Oyo Deputy Governor Extols First Lady 

Oyo State Deputy Governor, Barrister Abdulraheem Adebayo Lawal, has described the First Lady, Mrs Tamunomini Olufunke Makinde, as a wonderful gift to humanity and a strong pillar of support to the Governor. 

In a congratulatory message on her 53rd birthday anniversary, Barr Lawal described the First Lady as a kind, compassionate, and special woman of substance who has positively impacted lives within and beyond Oyo State.

He commended her for being an intelligent and virtuous woman, creating a harmonious home environment that enables the Governor to lead with integrity and focus.

According to him, Her Excellency, Mrs Tamunominini Makinde’s unwavering support for His Excellency, Seyi Makinde, has contributed to the administration’s successes and developmental strides. 

The Deputy Governor equally noted that the First Lady’s advocacy for women, children, and the less privileged has brought attention to their plight and inspired meaningful action.

He praised her role in promoting women’s participation in politics, which according to him, has led to unprecedented representation in the state’s political landscape. 

Barr. Lawal, however, expressed gratitude for her selfless service and prayed for continued good health, strength, and divine blessings, wishing her a happy birthday and many happy returns.
