Nigerian President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has extended his heartfelt wishes to Asiwaju Khamis Olatunde Badmus, a leading figure in the Nigerian agricultural sector, as he celebrates his birthday.
Tinubu, in a statement signed by his special adviser on information and strategy, and made available to newsmen on Friday, acknowledges the celebrant’s remarkable contributions to improving farming practices and advocating for sustainable agricultural policies that have positively impacted the nation’s economy.
He said: “Alhaji Badmus’ dedication to advancing the agricultural sector has not only transformed the lives of countless farmers but has also played a crucial role in bolstering our nation’s food security and economic development.”
The President notes that Tuns Farms, for which Asiwaju Badmus is celebrated, has created jobs and stimulated entrepreneurship in the agricultural and allied sectors over time.
He believes that Alhaji Badmus, the Asiwaju Musulumi of Yorubaland, Edo, and Delta States, has demonstrated visionary leadership in promoting spiritual growth and inclusive capacity development across all ages.
He, however, wished the industrialist and community leader good health, long life and prosperity.
