Oyo Hajj Chairman, Ateere felicitates Chief Imam of Ibadanland, Sheikh Agbotomokekere on birthday

Oyo State Pilgrims Welfare Board Chairman, Sheikh Hashim Atere, has congratulated the Chief Imam of Ibadanland, Sheikh Alhaji Imam Abdul-Ganiyy Abubakr Agbotomokekere, on his birthday anniversary.

In a statement on Sunday, Atere described Sheikh Agbotomokekere as a revered spiritual leader and a shining example of compassion, wisdom, and dedication to the well-being of Ibadanland and Oyo State at large.

Atere applauded the celebrant for his exemplary leadership and commitment to humanity, noting that the people of Ibadanland are blessed to share in his impactful life.

He commended Sheikh Agbotomokekere’s tireless work on religious, social, and educational matters, particularly his efforts to promote the welfare of disadvantaged and vulnerable communities in Oyo State.

Atere prayed that Allah would bless Sheikh Agbotomokekere with more wisdom and good health, allowing him to continue serving as a reference point for development, peace, and stability in Ibadanland.
