Oorelope LG Vice Chairman Donates #500,000 to Central Mosque Igbope
In a remarkable display of generosity and community spirit, Hon. Wasiu Adewale Babatunde (Adua), Vice Chairman of Oorelope Local Government, donated a significant sum of #500,000 to the ongoing projects at the Central Mosque Igbope on Thursday.
According to a statement by Comr. Hassan Ridwan, Head of Media and Publicity to the Executive Chairman of Oorelope Local Government, the donation was met with overwhelming appreciation from community members and leaders, highlighting the Vice Chairman’s commitment to supporting local initiatives that enhance the social and spiritual fabric of the community.
Alhaji Oseni Alade, who addressed newsmen, stated that the donation will be utilized for essential developments within the Mosque, including the completion of prayer halls and community outreach programs.
