LAUTECH at 35: Alumni honors 35 distinguished personalities

To commemorate its 35th anniversary, the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Alumni Association Worldwide, on Tuesday, honored 35 distinguished personalities with prestigious awards, celebrating their achievements and fostering connections within the LAUTECH community.

The event aimed to strengthen bonds within the global network and recognize outstanding alumni who have made significant contributions in various fields.

During the presentation of the award held at Chief Jide Bewaji Multipurpose Hall, LAUTECH Guest House, Oke-Afin, Ogbomoso, the Global President of the Alumni Association, Engr. Abdulrahman Olalekan Badmus, reiterated the association’s commitment to supporting the alma mater and its future leaders.

He emphasized the importance of maintaining connections among graduates and supporting the university’s mission.

The awardees included prominent figures such as the Pro Chancellor, Professor Ayo Omole; Vice Chancellor, ROM Kalilu; Mrs. Olayinka O. Balogun, and Mr. K. O. Olatokun.
