Easter Monday: Oke LEGACY felicitates with Christians

As Christian faithful gather in Galilee today to commemorate Easter Monday, the PDP Chieftain, Hon. John Adisa Oke LEGACY, has extended heartfelt felicitations to Christians across Ogbomoso, Oyo State, and Nigeria at large.

The Easter celebration, which marks the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, offers profound lessons on hope, renewal, and the inevitable triumph of life over death.

The Director of Best Legacy Group of Schools also urged Christians to reflect on the essence of Easter by showing unconditional love and compassion to one another, just as Christ sacrificed Himself for the redemption of mankind.

He appealed to all citizens to use the period to pray for continued peaceful coexistence, unity, and prosperity in Nigeria.

According to him, “This is a season of reflection, love, and collective growth. Let us commit ourselves to the values of peace, sacrifice, and mutual respect, which are the pillars of our national progress.”

Oke also encouraged the youth to emulate Christ’s virtues of humility, service, and leadership, and to play active roles in building a just and equitable society.
