Oyo Deputy Gov felicitates with Iba of Kishi on his birthday

…Says His royal candour continues to inject peace and harmony in Kishiland

Oyo State Deputy Governor, Barr. Abdul-Raheem Adebayo Lawal, has felicitated with the Iba of Kishiland, His Royal Majesty, Oba Mas’oud Aweda Oyekola Lawal Arowoduye II, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.

In his congratulatory statement on Thursday, the Deputy Governor praised the traditional ruler for bringing peace and tranquilly to Kishiland via his administrative prowess and royal candour.

He equally described him as a champion of community development and human capital who has dedicated his life and his position towards serving his people, community and the state.

The Deputy Governor noted that the monarch has demonstrated in unmistakable terms and measures the importance of patriotism, administrative prowess, and royal candour in upholding peace, harmony, and the development of the Kishi community.

He added that his excellent leadership and commitment to the well-being of the good people of Kishi land are well recognized and appreciated.

The Deputy Governor prayed for God’s sustained strength and guidance on his quest to further rendering qualitative service towards the growth and development of Kishiland and Oyo state at large.

In his words: “I extend our felicitations to His Royal Highness and wish him many more years of happiness and good health to be able to serve the people till old age.

“His Royal Majesty, Oba Mas’oud Aweda Oyekola Lawal Arowoduye II, the Iba of Kishi land, is notable for his great pedigree, his unwavering commitment to promoting peace and harmony both within and outside of Kishiland, and his enthusiasm for the advancement of the town and its citizens.
