Oyo Acting Governor joins Other Govs for Council of State meeting in Abuja

The Acting Governors of Oyo State, Barr.Abdul Raheem Adebayo Lawal on Tuesday joined other States Governors in Nigeria for the Council of State Meeting.

The meeting which held at the Aso villa, Abuja was presided over by the President and Commander in Chief of the federal republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The meeting which held last in April 2023 shortly after the general election had four former Presidents/Heads of State in attendance.

They include General Yakubu Gowon, General Abdul Salaam Abubakar, Goodluck Jonathan and Muhammad Buhari.

The meeting was the first since the present administration came on board.

The meeting among other resolutions passed a vote of confidence on President Bola Tinubu.
