‘It Is a Positive change in Irepo’— Olayiwola tells corp members
Corp Members of the Irepo Local Government on Wednesday paid a courtesy call on Hon. Tunde Taoheed Olayiwola, the Irepo Local Government Chairman at his office.
Alhaji Ismail Adeleke, the Head of Local Administration (HLA) of Irepo LG, led the delegation and appreciated the Chairman for his warm reception.
He advised the corp members to remain security-conscious and avoid traveling through illegal means as he urged the corps members to take necessary precautions when traveling.
The Irepo LGI who extended congratulations to the Chairman on his assumption of office, commended his swift actions in providing essential resources including a generator and a public address system.
Olayemi Samuel, the Corps Liaison Officer (CLO), also thanked the Chairman for his constant availability and responsiveness to the Corp members’ needs.
“This is the change we have been clamoring for, and it is not just any change but a positive one,” said Olayemi.
In his response, Hon Olayiwola appreciated the visit and urged the Corp members to be good ambassadors of their country, states, and respective local governments.
“The service you render to the community today may be the stepping stone to your success after service, so do not hesitate,” he encouraged.
