Yeye Adenike greets Oyo Deputy Gov, wife, muslim community in Irepo LG

A chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party in Irepo local government and CEO of T-Gold Unisex Salon and Boutique in Ibadan, Yeye Adenike Aderibigbe Fauziyat Remi-Olarinde has felicitated with the Deputy Governor of Oyo state, Barrister Abdul-Raheem Adebayo Lawal and his wife, Chief (Mrs) Ajibike Ajibola Lawal on the occasion of Eid-el-kabir celebrations.

Yeye Adenike, who equally extended her warm greetings to the Muslim community in Irepo local government, tasked them to adhere strictly to the teachings of love, sacrifice, and charity to the needy. 

In a statement personally signed and made available to journalists in Ibadan on Sunday, the PDP chieftain reminded all Muslim faithfuls to remember the purpose of the celebration, which amongst other things is to acknowledge the trials and triumph of Prophet Abraham (Ibrahim). 

She said the Prophet is remembered and revered across ages and nations for passing a great test of faith.

Adenike, who praised Barr. Lawal and his wife Ajibola for their unceasing efforts in the development of Oyo state, also acknowledged their enormous contributions to the advancement of the Kishi community. 

“Today, I would like to express my sincere congratulations on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-kabir to Oyo Deputy Governor Barrister Abdul-Raheem Adebayo Lawal, his wife Chief Ajibike Ajibola Lawal, and all other members of the Muslim Community in Oyo and beyond.

“Let’s embrace the essence of love, sacrifice and compassion, which the Eid-el-Kabir embodies. May we witness many more on earth in good health and wealth.”
