Court Fixes 3rd Of October For Hearing Ogunmakin Obaship Tussle

……..Orders Claimant Counsel to serve applications appropriately to defendants

The Obaship tussle in Ogunmakin Kingdom has turned another dimension, as the High Court sitting in Abeokuta under the Honorable Justice S.O Adeniyi has adjourned hearing of Obaship case between one Chief Oluseye Olatunde Olaogun and Busari Adenshile and seven others till October, 2024.

The adjournment was due to the inability of Chief Oluseye Olatunde Olaogun counsel to serve the defendants appropriately until today 24th of June 2024 at the court premises.

The claimant according to the application was Chief Oluseye Olatunde Olaogun for himself and on behalf of Baales and Chiefs of Ogunmakin Town, Ogunmakin Traditional Council of Chiefs and the entire Indigene of Ogunmakin suing Ramoni Busari Ayinde, Oba Adedapo Tejuosho The Osile of Oke-Ona Egba, Chief Felix Obe The Akinlagu of Ikereku, Chief Moruf Ajisegiri, Chief Gbenro Kehinde, ( For Themselves and on behalf of Council of Chiefs ), Egba Traditional Council of chiefs, Governor of Ogun State, Hon. Commissioner of Local Government and Chieftancy Affairs.

Otunba Ayodele appeared for the claimant, Chief Oluseye Olatunde Olaogun supported by I. Emmanuel, O.O Ayodele while Elvis Keshi, appeared for the first responder, Busari Adenshile, and Oba Adedapo Tejuosho The Osile of Oke-Ona Egba, Chief Felix Obe The Akinlagu od Ikereku, Chief Moruf Ajisegiri, Chief Gbenro Kehinde, ( For Themselves and on behalf of Council of Chiefs ), Egba Traditional Council of chiefs, Governor of Ogun State. Keshi was supported by Simisola Familola Mrs while A O Adepegba appeared for the 7th and 8th responder.

The legal counsel unanimously prayed to fix the next hearing of the Ogunmakin Obaship tussle till 3rd of October 2024 while the preciding Judge, S. O Adeniyi accepted their prayer for the hearing to be continued on the agreed date by the learned counsels.
