According to him, the commissioning of the brand new road is a testament to our collective resolve to improve the lives of our people.
He said: “For too long, the residents of Ogbomoso, Fatope, and Iseyin have faced the challenges posed by inadequate infrastructure. These challenges have hindered our economic activities, restricted access to vital services, and limited our potential for growth.

This newly channeled road will reduce travel time, enhance safety, and provide a reliable route for the transportation of goods and people. It will unlock new opportunities for our farmers, traders, and entrepreneurs, enabling them to reach broader markets and drive economic growth.
“The impact of this road extends beyond economic benefits. It will foster greater social cohesion by linking communities and facilitating easier access to educational and healthcare facilities. This road is a lifeline that will improve the quality of life for all who live and work in this region.”
Calling on everyone to maintain the structure and continue to invest in projects that will further enhance Southwest region’s development, the lawmaker urged all relevant authorities to prioritize the upkeep of the road and to remain committed to fostering growth through sustainable development initiatives.
