Responsibilities:

• Responsible for enforcement and crime prevention.

• Maintain Order, enforce policies and standard operational procedures (SOP).

• Supervision of guards and auditing.

• Interface between clients and the organization.

• Patrol assigned beats and help deter, detect, investigate, and report illegal activities.

• Conduct Preventive Patrol.

• Initiate, develop, implement, and follow through with solutions to specific problems that are identified through the guards.

• Develop collaborative relationships between clients, guards, and the Company.

• Educate the guards of their roles in their various beats.

• Appear in Court when required.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Training Programs for security Operatives.

• Conduct Training needs Analysis.

• Ensuring Security Operatives receive Statutory Training Needs.

• Establish & Implement testing procedures.

• Ensure Compliance with all Standard operational procedures (SOP).

• Coordinate Post-hire Training for all new Security operatives.

• Develop, deliver, and manage on-boarding and training curriculum for all new and existing Security Operatives.

Requirements & Skills

• Strong working knowledge of operational Procedures.

• Proven Experience in a Training Program management role.

• Strong Decision-making capabilities.

• Above-average Communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.

4. Chief Security Officer (CSO)

• Identifying and Reducing Risks.

• Executing Security Management solutions to help keep various beats safe.

• Enhance and Improve Physical Security.

• Create Security framework for all beats which include physical security, risk management, and incident response.

• Identify Vulnerabilities and devise preventive measures.

• Lead Security awareness programs and strong initiatives to educate guards about best practices and potential threats.

• Conduct regular security Audits.

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of operational Procedures.

• Deep Understanding of Industry best Practices.

• Strong Decision-making capabilities.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.

• Military or Paramilitary experience will be an added advantage.
