Quran: Complete Manual for Mankind— Oyo Deputy Gov

The Deputy Governor of Oyo State,Barr.Abdul Raheem Adebayo Lawal has described the holy Quran as a complete manual for mankind in the quest for worldly and eternal bliss.

Bar Lawal stated this in Ibadan while speaking at a Ramadan lecture organised by Oluyole Muslim Community.

The Deputy Governor noted that there was nothing left out by the scripture concerning human endeavour.

According to him the Quran has answers to all issues bordering on navigation of the world and the world beyond.

He therefore enjoined all Muslims not only to make the Quran their companion but adhere strictly to it’s teachings.

In his lecture, entitled “The Merits of the Quran”, a foremost Professor of Arabic and Islamic Studies, Professor Saheed Tunde Malik espoused the various provisions of the Quran which touched every aspect of human life.

He pointed out that the scripture is a guidance to mankind through which life on earth and the hereafter could be guaranteed.

Professor Malik urged Muslims to learn and live Quran.
