Excitement as Oyo PTS Chairman, Dikko becomes AFAR fellow

The Oyo PTS Chairman, Hon. Dikko Salami on Thursday, became a fellow of the association of forensic accounting researchers (AFAR) just few months after being certified as a Doctor of Philosophy in accounting (Ph.D).

A statement made available to MOUTHPIECE NGR indicated that his attainment of the new feat was due to his self development, resilience and commitment to nation building.

The Association of Forensic Accounting Researchers is a research and professional based organization established to enhance forensic accounting research and practice in Africa and beyond.

AFAR’s objective is to promote the science and practice of forensic accounting worldwide via educating members as well as the general public on matters relating to Forensic Accounting, Forensic Audit, Forensic Investigation, Investigative Accounting, Fraud Examination, Forensic Taxation and Forensic Internal Auditing and Litigation Support among others.

A fellow is the highest membership level of the association and awardees are tagged FFAR; Fellow of Forensic Accounting Researchers.

Apparently, Dikko Salami is an accounting icon in the making. Little wonder the management of an economic driving firm like the Pacesetter Transport Services has posed seemingly seamless for his sole administration.
