Wike vs Fubara: More troubles as two Rivers Commissioners resign, others
Report reaching MOUTHPIECE NGR news room says another two State Executive Council (SEC) and loyalists of Nyesome Wike have announced their resignation from the Siminalayi Fubara government this evening.
They were Commissioner for Works, George Kelly-Alabo and Mrs Inime Chinwenwo Aguma, Commissioner for Social Welfare & Rehabilitation.
The development was contained in a resignation letter madr available to our correspondent on Thursday.
Recall that the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Zachaus Adango, and that of Special Projects, Chief Emeka Woke, had earlier announced their decision Thursday afternoon in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.
They are members of the kitchen cabinet of the Minister of FCT, Nyesom Wike, whose disagreement with his political son, Fubara, is behind the political fire currently threatening to incinerate Rivers State.
It was learnt that the political crisis in Rivers state continues in its never-ending mutation as more aides under Governor Fubara are expected to tender their own resignation too.
