IPMT congratulates Oyo deputy gov on new role, thanks Makinde 

The Irepo PDP Media Team (IPMT) has congratulated the Oyo State Deputy Governor on his new role to supervise three ministries under the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde.

Recall that Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde (FPSN), assigned the Deputy Governor, Barr. Alhaji Abdulraheem Bayo Lawal, to oversee three ministries which include the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Establishment and Training and Special Duties, as well as Housing Corporation.

In a congratulatory message on Friday, the political group described the new development as a very dueful upliftment consequent to his super qualities of leadership, versatility, vibrancy, trustworthiness, dedication and commitment he demonstrated to the peak, serving as the Housing Corporation Chairman prior to his selection as the Deputy Governor and running mate to the Governor in their successful second term returning bid through popular election.

The statement read in part: “Congratulations and cheers to Baba Deputy, our leader and principal. This is a deserved one. May your tenure be blessed beyond imagination.” 

The IPMT however applauded H. E Gov. Seyi Makinde (FNSE) for his strong credence to the competency based political appointment and display of it to the brink, by always fixing the round peg in a round hole in his political appointments, making him a visionary leader and very best governor Oyo State ever had.
