Bisi Oluranti Micheal congratulates Gov. Makinde on his installation as the Jagunmolu of Ondo Kingdom
Oyo state lawmaker, representing Ogbomoso North state constituency, Hon. Bisi Oluranti-Michael has congratulated the Governor of Oyo state, Seyi Makinde on his installation as the Jagunmolu of Ondo Kingdom by the Osemawe of Ondo, Oba Dr Victor Adesimbo Kiladejo (Jilo III).
In her congratulatory message on Friday, the lawmaker commended the governor for his inspiring and sacrificial contributions towards the growth of Oyo State and Nigeria.
She described Makinde as a servant leader, devoted, a role model, a classic, and the personification of love, humility and selflessness, noting that he remains the pride of Southwest.
Engineer Abiodun Makinde is a responsible and exceptional leader who has touched many of us and generations with his expertise and knowledge, according to Bisi-Oluranti.
She prayed to God for good health and an abundance of blessings as Governor Makinde continues to serve the good people of Oyo State and humanity, and she thanked the Osemawe of Ondo for the honour and recognition bestowed upon him.
MOUTHPIECE NGR recall that Governor Makinde was installed as the Jagunmolu of Ondo Kingdom at the Osemawe palace before he delivered a lecture entitled “the role of traditional institutions in socioeconomic development in Nigeria,” during the 70th birthday anniversary and 17th Coronation Anniversary of Oba Dr Victor Adesimbo Kiladejo, CFR, on Friday.
The governor, who expressed his commitment to the progress and development of Ondo Kingdom as one of its chiefs, noted that he has always been excited to associate with the people of Ondo State because his mother, Mrs Abigail Omojolagbe Makinde, hailed from Akure.
