PHOTO: Makinde, Aviation Minister meet in Abuja over Ibadan Airport
MOUTHPIECE NGR reports that Governor of Oyo state, Seyi Makinde and the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace, Festus Keyamo met on Tuesday in Abuja to discuss transforming Ibadan airport to a major hub in Southwest Nigeria.
This was made known on Thursday via the twitter handle of Mr Keyamo, monitored by our correspondent.
The Minister wrote: “On Tuesday, I had fruitful discussions with H.E, Gov. SEYI Makinde of Oyo State regarding his wonderful plans to partner with the Federal Government to transform the Ibadan Airport to a major hub in South-West Nigeria.”
The development has continued to generate a positive reactions from the X users as they described Seyi Makinde as a “working Governor.”
One of the App users simply identified as Daddy Wura said: “Governor Seyi Makinde surely will deliver. Trust his process hundred percent. He has really transformed Oyo state.
