Deputy Governor of Oyo State Barrister Abdul raheem Adebayo Lawal has expressed deep sadness over the passing away of Alhaji Salami Nasiru Oyebanji Aka Nascotec whom he described as a Political pillar that will be terribly missed, even as he sympathised with the people of Saki West local government area and entire Oke Ogun.

According to Lawal Nascotec would be remembered for his sterling qualities and dexterity in handling the affairs of the Party, regretting that his exit would create a vacuum difficult to fill.
He said “We are deeply touched, if I start to talk about our late leader Alhaji Salami Oyebanji who died in the early hours of this morning age 78, I won’t lack what to say and I will not repeat myself; he was an embodiment of loyalty and commitment, whose sense of judgement can be trusted at all times, Baba Nascotec is a man who has earn the trust of all through his honest and fair disposition in handling Political matters. He has earned the trust of Party faithfuls not only in Saki but through out Oke Ogun.”
The Deputy Governor prayed Allah to give the deceased family, his friends, community and political associates the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
He noted “ Though we will miss him so much, however we must also encourage ourselves in Allah knowing fully well that if Allah did not allow it wouldn’t have happened, we can only take solace in knowledge that Alhaji Salami Nasiru Oyebanji popularly known as Nascotech lived an impactful life, as a community, religious and political leader.
The statement noted further “So as painful as the death of Nascotec may be, it is Allah who gives and it is Allah who takes, if there is anything that is certain in life it’s death. As far as you are born you must be sure that you will die, but when you’ll die nobody can tell, but I know it is painful to tell someone goodnight when it is broad daylight, it is always a painful departure”, Lawal added.
Barrister Lawal expressed optimism that Allah will give grace to Alhaji Nascotec supporters and followers to support the ideals and vision of the late political leader so as to further build and strengthen the legacy he has left behind which he opined remains peculiar to the development of Saki, Oke Ogun and Oyo state.
He prayed that Allah grants him Aljana firdouse.
