Bayo Lawal delivers polling unit for Ijabah, Wolekanle 

The deputy governor of Oyo State, Barrister Abdulraheem Adebayo Lawal has won his polling unit for the National Assembly candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

At the polling unit 4 ward 6 in Kishi, Irepo local government area of Oyo State, the candidate of the party for Irepo/Olorunsogo/Oorelope Federal Constituency, Hussain Ijabah defeated his closest rival from the All Progressives Congress by 170 to 148 votes.

In the Senatorial election results, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party for Oyo North Senatorial District, Hon Akinwale Akinwole (Wolekanle) defeated Senator Fatai Buhari of APC by 127 to 123.

In the Presidential election PDP scored 114 while APC got 236.
