VIDEO: I am in my house eating dinner— Mogaji Adanla debunks rumor of EFCC arrest
The Turaki Adinni of Oyo State, Abdul Kareem Adekunle Adanla has debunked reports circulating on social media that he was arrested by Economic Financial Crimes Commission EFCC, MOUTHPIECE NGR reports.
The unverified reports lifted by sponsored blogs alleged Adanla of involvement in 100 Millionaira Scam alongside a popular musician, Saheed Osupa.
However, in a statement personally signed by him and made available to MOUTHPIECE NGR Wednesday evening, Mogaji Adanla said the reports is just an unholy imaginations of the authors and their sponsors.
“This is a bogus lie but expected particularly after standing as a witness in the impeachment of the former Deputy Governor.
This is part of the intimatation and blackmailing we have been going through for almost two years in the hand of a pharaoh but sure Allah will not allow him”
Adanla urged his clients, business and associates to remain calm, saying that there was nothing to worry about.
