If not for Lagos, I would’ve been chasing lizards as native doctor in south east – Joe Igbokwe

Joe Igbokwe, the Special Adviser for Drainage and Water Resources to the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has confessed that he would have been a traditional doctor in the Aba area of Abia State.

He said if not for Lagos state that redefined his life and destiny, there are possibilities that he would not have been where he is today.

He confessed that he might have been chasing lizards around in Aba as a native doctor, if not for Lagos State.

MOUTHPIECE NGR observes that Igbokwe is a staunch loyalist of the former Governor of Lagos State and the flag bearer of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

Igbokwe made this revelation through his Facebook page.

He noted that Lagos State is the city that has uplifted many South eastern people from poor status to height of wealth and influence.

“LAGOS, If not for Lagos, somebody like me, will be in Aba chasing lizards to use as a native doctor. LAGOS….

“You come to Lagos with a nylon bag and go back to Ibo land with Rolls Royce.

“Abeg, pray for Lagos make e no spoil o, If Lagos spoil, all of us don enter Gbege o…

“Musings of a grateful South Easterner living in Lagos,” he wrote.

Igbokwe, who originates from the Southeast, is a die hard supporter of Tinubu’s presidential ambition.
