2023: Omoyosoye joins Ogbomoso South Assembly race

Ahead of 2023 general elections, the Managing Director of Ologbon Microfinance Bank Ltd, Ogbomoso, Hon. Emmanuel Omoyosoye has formally declared interest to contest the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP primaries for the Ogbomoso South Constituency seat in Oyo State House of Assembly.

Omoyosoye, who made the official declaration today to PDP executives in Ogbomoso South Local Government and general meeting at Methodist Primary School, Arowomole Area, said he has the experience and competence to provide quality representation to the people at the State Assembly.

He said that he’s joining the race for the Oyo State House of Assembly seat to bring in fresh ideas, innovation, complementary grassroots development, professionalism and increased access of the people to leadership. He’s indeed set to make a difference with his wealth of experience, and down-to-earth relationship management skills.

Mr Emmanuel Omoyosoye of Otun Agoro Compound, Ijeru Area, said that he had always been deeply involved in activities aimed at promoting peace, good governance and development in the state, stressing that his desire to serve at the State Legislature was to further better the lot of the people for the greater benefit of the society.

He noted that the meeting was to interface with the local government and ward executives of the party and officially inform them of his intention to represent the people of Ogbomoso South in the State Assembly.

According to a letter officially addressed to the party and made available to Mouthpiece NGR, the House of Assembly hopeful further explained that his intention to run is to support the good work of Engineer Seyi Makinde and work with leaders to ensure his re-election for second term.

He also promised to ensure maximum collaboration with our local government executive chairman and party for development and deliver dividends of democracy to his constituents.
