Oyo Housing Corporation organizes 2-day training workshop for senior staff
Oyo State Housing Corporation under the chairmanship of Barrister Bayo Lawal has organized a 2-day training workshop for its senior staff, Mouthpiece NGR reports.
The State head of Service, Alhaja Ololade Agboola who declared the training workshop open today in Ibadan said the training is to ensure a productive workforce.
The head of service who was represented by the Permanent Secretary, Service Matters, Alh. Fatai Oladehinde, noted that a motivated workforce was an asset to every organization stated that government would not relent in its effort at motivating its workers for maximum productivity.
She pointed out that public/civil servants in the state must reciprocate the gesture of the government by being more dedicated to their job.
The Oyo statehead of service warned against misconduct on the part of any civil/public servant as this according to her would not be tolerated.
In his opening speech, the chairman of Oyo State housing corporation,Bar.Bayo Lawal said the training became imperative because of the urgent need to restrategize in the competitive world.
Bar. Lawal was of the opinion that the corporation could no longer do things as they were done years because of the ever changing situation
While urging the participants to take the workshop seriously, he revealed that the facility would be extended to all manners of staff for maximum productivity.
The theme of the workshop is”Leadership Improvement, Housing Delivery and Financing Initiatives.
