OOT restates commitment to sport development in Ogbomoso

Ogbomoso South Caretaker Chairman, Hon. Oyedokun Oyeniyi Timothy has restated his total support for sport development in Ogbomoso. 

OOT made this known on Wednesday when the organisers of the Ogbomoso Marathon Race paid him an appreciation visit.

The organizers lauded him over his commitment and support towards the success of the maiden edition of the race.

In his speech, the Caretaker Chairman assured the organizers of his commitment and continued support of Ogbomoso South local government to the race.

He urged them to learn from the mistakes they made during this years own.

“I am committed to making the race a global one as it will improve and boost our tourism economy in Ogbomosoland as a whole”, said Oyedokun who enjoined organisers of the race to keep the flag flying high”, he said.
