EKSU Student Stabs Boyfriend To Death Over N2500

A 300L student of Ekiti State University EKSU stabbed her boyfriend to death over N2500 to dress her hair in the saloon, Mouthpiece NG Report. 

 The victim, identified as Bukola Odeyemi stabbed her boyfriend, John Iju to death after refusing to give her the money to dress her hair in saloon. 

The incident occurred on Monday at Treasure Base Hostel, Iworoko, Ekiti. 

Mouthpiece NG gathered that the victim and deceased are both the students of EKSU. 

Odeyemi who’s a 20year old of age is a three hundred level student of the Faculty of Science, Department of Biology Education while the deceased 22years is also a student of EKSU. 

An eyewitness who briefed Mouthpiece NG about the development said the incident occurred at about ten o’clock in the night when the lady demanded the sum of two thousand five hundred Naira from the deceased to dress her hair in the saloon.

However, the refusal of the boyfriend to meet up with her demand resulted in hot argument from where the lady was angered and stabbed him in the chest.

The deceased who could not survive the Pierce died immediately but his cry for help alerted his friends who notify the police.
