The honorable member representing Ogbomoso North state constituency, Hon. Wumi Oladeji has urged Governor Seyi Makinde to pay gratuity to the teachers who lost their lives last year along Ogbomoso road.

This is contained in her valedictory speech while granting interview with newsmen in Ibadan, after the 9th Assembly inauguration.
Oladeji said: I urged his Excellency, Engineer Seyi Makinde to pay the gratuity of those teachers that died in an accident along Ogbomoso road last year to their children and families, so that they won’t be helpless, hopeless, future less.
“Their parent have served this state with their strength, power and mind until their last breath. It will not be a good thing for their families to be hopeless and this gratuity will be able to cater for their wards they left behind.
Oladeji said she will be very happy if this is done very soon.
