SHOCKING! Snakes ‘Chase’ President Away From Office

The president of Liberia, George Weah has temporarily stopped working from his office, after two snakes were seen at his workplace.

Mouthpiece NG learnt that the development has forced him to be working from home since Wednesday.
Liberian’s Press Secretary, Smith Toby, said the two black snakes were found in the Foreign Affairs Ministry building, housing Weah’s presidential office.
Mouthpiece NG recalls that the office of the president has been based in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since a fire in 2006 gutted the presidential mansion.
Consequently, all staff have been told to stay away from work until 22 April.

“It’s just to make sure that crawling and creeping things get fumigated from the building,” Tobi said while justifying the notice.
Mouthpiece NG learnt that effort to kill the snakes by the workers was unsuccessful.
The president will be working from home for the main time.
“The snakes were never killed,” Toby said.
“There was a little hole somewhere through which they made their way back.”
It should be recalled that a similar incident also happened in Nigeria, when Rats invaded the office of president Muhammdu Buhari in Aso Rock.
Buhari had left the country for about three months on “medical ground.”
Upon his return, rodents caused a lot of damage to the furniture’s and interiors in his office, making it impossible for him to operate from the office in that condition.
