Oriire LG boss, Olateju hails re-appointment of Ogunwuyi as Makinde CoS

The Executive Chairman, Oriire Local Government, Ikoyi-Ile, Hon. Michael Olateju has congratulated Hon. Segun Ogunwuyi over his reappointment as the Chief of Staff to Oyo State Governor, His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde.

In a congratulatory message released early hours of Tuesday, Olateju says Hon. Segun Ogunwuyi’s display of loyalty, commitment, hardwork, and dedication to the course earned him the reappointment as the Chief of Staff of the governor for the second term.

Recall that Hon. Ogunwuyi’s reappointment was one of the earliest appointments officially announced by Mr. Governor immediately after the inauguration of Omituntun 2.0.

“It gives me great pleasure to extend my warmest congratulations to Hon. Segun Ogunwuyi on his reappointment as the Chief of Staff, Hon. Segun Ogunwuyi to His Excellency Engr. Seyi Makinde.

“Hon Ogunwuyi’s appointment is a befitting development that is rooted in dedication, loyalty, and commitment in discharge of duties which had formed a precedence for subsequent holders of the office.

Olateju thanked Governor Seyi Makinde for his reappointment, stressing that the CoS has an unequalled government management attribute and a special sense of duty that made his reappointment an easy one.

He said Ogunwuyi’s love for the state is second to none as he worked very well for the growth and development of the state and the party, the PDP.

He further prayed that God grant the new CoS a continued wisdom in discharge of duties with sense of objectivity.

“It was delight to see a smooth working relationship of CoS and Governor during the first term and I look forward to a better relationship. It is my prayer that the Almighty God continues to grant him more wisdom, strength and guidance throughout his term in the office”
