Eid-el-fitri: Maintain and improve upon virtues of deep spiritual consciousness, peace and love- Hon. Sunday Babatunde
The foremost engineer and chieftain of PDP in Ibadan South East local government, Hon. Sunday Anthony Babatunde has congratulated Muslim fold, faithfuls and Nigeria at large on the successful completion of the Holy month of Ramadan.
In a statement released to the pressmen via his Director of Media and Publicity, Kehinde Gbadeyanka, he charged the Muslims to continue to imbibe and practice the saying and deed of love, sacrifice, peace, unity, total abstinence from bad, good neighbourliness, tolerance and kindness as exhibited by the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
Hon. Babatunde also gave absolute assurance on more campaign promises delivery from H.E Engr. Seyi Makinde as Omituntun 2.0 kick-start May 29th this year.
“All the virtues that accompanied Ramadan especially deep spiritual consciousness and self-denial should not be halt but maintained and improved upon.”
“Also the good people of Oyo state should not doubt or shake on Omituntun 2.0 as our dear governor will continue on transformation agenda which has been bringing accelerated development to the state. You have voted for the best, be rest assured, ” he set forth.
He wished the Muslims more glorious Ramadan and prayed for Nigerians to have blissful years ahead as new political dispensation sets in.
