‘No better days, extreme hardship looming’ – Nigerian pastor warns Buhari

The leader Of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, on Friday, sent message of warning to the federal government over the economic and security challenges in Nigeria.

Primate Ayodele said the people of Nigeria would face more hardship because the government is in debt that can’t be repaid in the next six years.

He revealed that the people would start to stage protest against the economic hardship because prices of goods would be inflated in the coming days.

While alleging that the Federal Government was lying to Nigerians, the pastor said officials of the government would be stoned, embarrassed, and mocked publicly due to the hardship.

Ayodele’s spokesperson, Osho Oluwatosin, has via a statement revealed that basic amenities, especially food items, will be so expensive and it will be difficult for the citizens of the country to put food on their tables.

He said: ‘’More hardship awaits Nigerians because this government is serious on debt that cannot finish in the next six years.

“Even the next government will still continue to service debt. Only God can help Nigeria because there will be a massive protest against economic hardship.

“Things are going to be very expensive; the government is just telling Nigerians lies. I am not seeing any better days ahead because everyone will be affected. It will amount to stoning, embarrassing and mocking our leaders.’’
