IPOB directs sit-at-home, Tuesday as Nnamdi Kanu appears in court

The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has announced Tuesday another sit-at-home in the Southeastern part of the country.

IPOB said the sit-at-home order was declared in respect of the court appearance of its embattled leader, Nnamdi Kanu.

The group made this revelation via a statement made public by its spokesman, Emma Powerful.

Powerful, while speaking to newsmen, said: “Everybody knows that we announced last time that any day our leader will appear in court everybody will solidarize with our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

“Therefore, tomorrow (Tuesday) will be sit-ay-home in Igbo land and other areas.”

Kanu has been programmed to appear before Justice Binta Nyako-led Federal High Court tomorrow for the continuation of his trial.
