Court declares Jonathan eligible to run for president in 2023.

Mouthpiece NGR can report that former President Goodluck Jonathan is now able to run in the 2023 presidential election, according to the Federal High Court in Yenagoa.

Justice Isa Hamma Dashen, the presiding judge, issued the decision on Friday.

He also ruled that no retroactive statute could prevent Jonathan from running for president again.
