BREAKING: MTN reacts to poor outage Nationwide
The leading telecommunication firm, MTN Nigeria has reacted to the poor service outage as customers are presently inaccessible to the MTN network in some parts across Nigeria.
According to many customers across who took to social media platforms to air their complaits, they have been unable to receive or take calls and browse the internet as the network is down.
Reacting on Saturday on their official Facebook page, it stated that they are looking into the situation and are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Some of our customers are having difficulty connecting to the network today. We’re looking into this and are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.” MTN Nigeria wrote on their Facebook page
