Just In: Trump fires defense secretary after election loss
President Donald Trump has fired his Defence Secretary, Mark Esper, and appointed Miller In Acting Capacity, Mouthpiece NGR reports.
The announcement was made on Monday through his verified twitter handle.
He said: “I am pleased to announce that Christopher C. Miller, the highly respected Director of the National Counterterrorism Center (unanimously confirmed by the Senate), will be Acting Secretary of Defense, effective immediately.”
