Covid-19: LAUTECH VC commends caretaker committee on 100L online tutorial

It has been a wonderful experience for the past two months for all 100level LAUTECH Students for the opportunity to learn from home, despite the lockdown as a result of the novel coronavirus ravaging humanity.

The LAUTECH EXECUTIVE CARETAKER COMMITTEE LED by Olamide Olabiyi, the Chairman and a crew of Certified Tutors, IT members and so many capable hands have been holding a free online classes for the fresh students via different platforms (Zoom, Google Meet and Telegram) in order to keep their memory fresh in all they were taught in school before the pandemic surfaced and cut short their eagerness to write their first examination.

The Vice Chancellor of the institution, Prof. M. O. Ologunde paid a courtesy visit to the Team and the Students by attending one of their Classes last week Friday. 

He was highly impressed with what He saw by saying ‘He has gone through His dairy and hasn’t seen such exercise been organized by any Student Union so far’. 

He urged all to be a figure of praise and gratitude to both their parents and the society. 

Ologunde also implored all pupils to learn a skill in the process of studying and be entrepreneurer in this present time. 

He concluded by wishing all students Success in their academic pursuit and all they do to change their society.
