BIRTHDAY: Meet the most beautiful female politician In Oyo state

Mrs Adigun Tolani Tajudeen who contested for Oyo State House of Assembly in the 2019 general election is an inspiration to many. Tolani Adigun was born on March 24th to a typical Ibadan man. She was the youngest among the female aspirants in ADC and Oyo state at large.
Mrs Adigun studied in Oxford Brooke’s University for her first degree, BSC in Applied Accounting and MSC in International Accounting. She’s also a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) London trained. She won the ADC ticket to contest for Ibadan North state constituency but later jettisoned her ambition due to coalition agreement her party entered with the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Candidate, Engineer Seyi Makinde during the electioneering campaign.
As fondly called, Iyalode of ADC, she is committed to the party and has continued to be resolute, supporting senator Lanlehin in hard times.
Mrs Adigun has executed a lot of philanthropic acts to alleviate the plight of indigent persons and most importantly, she has touched the lives of girls and women in her constituency.
Celebrating her birthday, Mrs Adigun in an exclusive interview with Mouthpiece NGR recounts the favor of God on her from the day she was birthed and also gave insight on the journey so far.
Below is the interview
Today is your birthday, how are you feeling ?
I feel great about the 24th of march which is my birthday. I’m also not happy about the coravirus pandemic and how it has caught us unaware and unprepared for in oyo state. I pray God take absolute control.
Who do you appreciate ?
I appreciate God, he has been the one lighting my footsteps, guarding, guiding and protecting me.
How has been the journey ?
Smooth and rough the journey has been. high points and low points. Even when it seems bleak. God has always shown up. Glory be to God!
Your accomplishments
My accomplishment are in two forms. as a woman and also as a politician in oyo state. i have done all a woman is expected to do and much more. In fact, i dont see myself as a woman anymore I try to break the mould and be at par with men.
We are aware that you are the Iya Lode of ADC, how do you feel about the defection of the likes of Hon. Ige, Hon Fatai Adesina ?
Hon ige and hon fatai adesina defection is really…. I dont have much to say on that. We have different motives and principles and leadership guiding us …
What’s your next political move?
My next political move depends on Gods direction. 2023 is around the corner and am still consulting.
Thanks—
