Reactions as calabash deposited at LAUTECH lecturer’s office (photos)

Reports reaching Mouthpiece NGR news room says an unidentified person deposited a calabash suspected to be ‘sacrifice’ in front of a lecturer’s office at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.
A source who briefed Mouthpiece NGR about the situation said the incident occurred in the early hours of Wednesday.
According to him, students and staff who sighted the sacrifice in front of the office of Prof. A.A Akingbade, a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, were shocked and surprised about the development.
It was gathered that the calabash was wrapped with red cloth and filled with cowries and other items placed at the door’s office. 
Prof. A.A Akingbade, a lecturer from the department of Animal Production and Health (APH) is currently the chairman of the Examination Malpractice Panel of the institution.
Reacting, a student from the faculty who prefers to be anonymous said Professor Akingbade is a reputable man and a very straightforward man.
Being the chairman of the Examination Malpractice Panel and a senior lecturer at the faculty, he is loved by students. It is sad that he could be in such a situation, ”he said.
Another student added that Professor Akingbade is one of the senior lecturers in the faculty and known to be a complete perfect gentle man.
“Though he loves putting on white cloth always but an easy going man and like father to fagites”. 

Mouthpiece NGR reliably gathered that there was similar report at the old faculty of management sciences. The calabash was placed at the entrance door to the general building.
