Oyo North: Ogbomoso Need Water Reticulation, Among Others- Bayo Lawal

The ADC senatorial candidate, Bayo Lawal has spoken extensively on his 10 point agenda and his plan for the development of the senatorial district. 

Addressing News men on Thursday, the former commissioner for justice spoke on the duty of legislator among other issues that requires urgent attention in the senatorial district. He said “My experience in legal practice for over 30 years, and as a former director of TCTC would guide in addressing issues rather than flogging it. 
Lawal expressed shock over the incompetent handling of LAUTECH crises, he berated his counterpart for not doing enough through his inaction and negligence for not fulfilling his legislative obligation to the good people of Oyo North. 
“I’m bothered about the unpleasant situation that has bewildered the school. I feel concerned despite being a front-liner in the joint ownership process.
He said “I’ll push a bill that will affect tertiary education in the state. 
Speaking further, Barrister Bayo Lawal frowned at the negligence of the federal government over the Oyo-Ogbomoso road which has taken the sole of many lives. 
“Ogbomoso Express Road likewise Iwo road need urgent attention. The two roads are today a death trap, it has caused the death of many people. 
He lamented that there’s no any day he plough the road without praying to God for protection. He said ” I don’t even read newspaper whenever am on the road. 
“Unemployment is also one of the problem in the senatorial district. Many of our youths today are not really taken care of. The issue of unemployment is really affecting insecurity in the state. 
“I would take a concrete effort to empower our youth. The case of zuckerberg is one of the way to empower our youth, not the usual distribution of Okada, Ero Ilogi and distribution of 1- Kongo of rice. 
“Water reticulation will also be adopted instead of drilling bore hole alone. 
Lawal reiterated his endorsement by the 10 traditional rulers and the Oke Ogun consultative development forum ( ODCF ), equally in the Ogbomoso axis, notable personalities and bigwigs have also pledged their support. We are hopeful of victory, “he said”
Chief barrister Bayo lawal also pledged his full support and commitment to the development of the senatorial district if elected. 
The High-Court he facilitated in Ogbomoso, kishi and other places while as the commissioner for justice is just a tip of the ice bag, many more to come, “he said.
